The following lead-time projections are based on the following assumptions:

All work can be performed in house, no outside services required. See below for exceptions.
Simple parts require no finish other than chemical film or passivate.
Hardware required is either stock or readily available.
Paint required is either stock or readily available.
Paint requirements are either grade"B", "C" or "D"

Exceptions:
We can do limited grade "B" painting, mostly flat and textured, or small (8"x8" or less) of gloss. Add 1 week or more for outside painting.
Add 1 week for most plating services.
Heat treat must be looked at case by case.
Bends requiring non-standard tooling must be looked at case by case.
Screens for screen printing still needs to be addressed.
