CNC Machinist/Programmers will utilize MasterCAM. Duties will include: setting up and loading machine, making programming changes, tool replacement, and inspecting parts. Candidates must have experience with CNC machines, be able to read blueprints and measuring devices. A two year degree in CNC machining preferred.

Sales Manager The basic function of the Sales Manager position is to identify, analyze, evaluate, recommend and capture business opportunities that align with GMM’s core competencies and strategic goals. Implement a marketing plan consistent with the overall strategic goals of GMM. Build strong business relationships with new and existing customers. Responsible for long-term forecasting of customer base with the assistance of the CEO. Responsible for developing market and sales forecasts for existing and potential customers, completing financial analysis of business opportunities, evaluating product costs and profitability, budgeting, competitor analysis and evaluating new product opportunities. Responsible for regular participation in sales activities including establishing marketing strategies, presentations to key customers, management of key customer expectations and attending trade shows representing GMM. Maintains cooperative working relationships with the planning staff and engineers to ensure customer projects are manufactured correctly from concept to completion.
